The poster can not be higher than 140 cm and wider than 90 cm.

Abstracts

Abstracts should be submitted to the following This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 31. July 2019. 
Abstracts will be reviewed and thematically qualified by the Scientific Committee for oral or poster presentation in the relevant section. The author will be notified by e-mail about the form of presentation. The abstract and paper acceptance is determined by the conference fee. 

How to prepare an abstract?

1. English is required. You can include drawings and tables, if their total volume does not exceed 1/2 page A4 (21cm x 29,7cm).
2. The text, tables and figures should be placed in a single electronic file. Recommended formats of text and tables are as follows: RTF, MS Word, Open Office. Drawings' (in grayscale or black-and-white) recommended formats: MS Office, Open Office or typical bitmap (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif)
3. The text of the abstract should be written in a single font - no distinctions such as: bold, underline, CAPITALS)

Abstract should include:

• first and last name of the author(s),
• an abstract title,
• scientific degree of the author(s), affiliation, city, country,
• key words, 
• text limited to 250 words (approx. 2000 characters) divided into 4 core elements: 
  1. introduction and aim,
  2. materials and methods,
  3. results,

Publications

According to the preferences of the author:

1. In the Monograph of University of Physical Education in Cracow - publication in paper and electronic form. Article in English must have a volume of at least 0.5 publishing worksheet (20 000 typographic characters with spaces included). Full text of the work should be divided into the following sections: introduction and aim, materials and methods, results, summary and conclusions, references (up to 8 items). Tables and figures should be placed on the last pages of the work, or in separate files.
   Recommended formats of text and tables are as follows: RTF, MS Word, Open Office. Drawings' (in grayscale or black-and-white) recommended formats: MS Office, Open Office or the typical bitmap (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif). Please, prepare the text in a single font - the only allowable distinction is bold and indexes - the upper and bottom. Other distinctions, such as: stress CAPITALS, or s p a c i n g will not be considered.
2. In the following journal: 
   Antropomotoryka - Journal of Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences (http://www.antropomotoryka.pl/).

The papers submitted directly to the publishers have to fulfill certain editorial requirements.

Scientific Committee - as indicated by the author - can recommend papers to be published in the above mentioned materials, but the Editors of the Monograph and Journals will decide on the acceptance of a manuscript for publication - in accordance with the applicable procedures of publishing (with additional reviews). The authors of manuscripts accepted for publication will not pay any additional costs.
